Who is eligible to apply for a loan with MZAZI TECH ENTERPRISE?

To be eligible for a MZAZI TECH ENTERPRISE loan, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (maximum 70 years)
  • Have a verifiable source of income (employment, business, pension, or regular remittances)
  • Be a resident of an eligible country or have a valid passport
  • Have a valid national ID or passport
  • Have an active phone number and email address

We serve customers in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, UK, US, Canada, Australia, and 35+ other countries.

Do I need a good credit score to qualify?

No — we do not require a formal credit score from traditional bureaus. MZAZI TECH ENTERPRISE uses its own proprietary risk assessment model to evaluate applicants based on income, employment stability, and repayment capacity. First-time applicants and those with no credit history are welcome to apply.

Can diaspora Kenyans (living abroad) apply for a loan?

Yes! MZAZI TECH ENTERPRISE specifically serves the Kenyan diaspora and other African communities living abroad. You can apply for loans in USD from any country. You will need a valid passport, proof of income (payslips or bank statements), and a Kenyan contact person (guarantor) in some cases for large amounts.

What are the interest rates at MZAZI TECH ENTERPRISE?

Our interest rates reflect our fast-approval, high-risk lending model:

  • Monthly Rate: 15% per month on the outstanding balance
  • Quarterly Rate: 35% per quarter (3 months)
  • Annual Rate: 75% per annum

These are high-risk premium rates. In exchange, we offer: same-day approval in many cases, no guarantor required for smaller loans, and minimal paperwork. All rates are disclosed before you agree to any loan.

Are there any hidden fees or charges?

No hidden fees. All applicable charges are disclosed upfront before you accept any loan offer. The standard fees include:

  • Processing Fee: 1.5% of loan amount (charged once at disbursement)
  • Late Payment Penalty: 5% of outstanding balance per week of delay
  • Prepayment: No penalty — you can repay early for free

What are the minimum and maximum loan amounts?

Our loan limits are:

  • KES Loans: Minimum KES 1,000 — Maximum KES 1,000,000
  • USD Loans: Minimum USD 10 — Maximum USD 10,000

First-time borrowers are typically approved for lower amounts. Repeat customers with good repayment history may qualify for higher limits.

How do I apply for a loan?

Applying is simple and takes under 5 minutes:

  1. Step 1: Go to the Loan Application page.
  2. Step 2: Fill in your personal details, employment info, and loan requirements.
  3. Step 3: Upload a copy of your National ID or Passport.
  4. Step 4: Review the loan summary and submit — this opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled for our team.
  5. Step 5: Our team reviews your application within 24 hours and contacts you for next steps.
  6. Step 6: Upon approval, funds are disbursed to your M-Pesa or bank account.
How long does the approval process take?

Most applications are reviewed and a decision communicated within 24 hours of submission. Emergency loan applications are prioritized and may be approved within 2–4 hours. Complex applications (large amounts, business loans) may take up to 48 hours for thorough review.

What documents do I need to apply?

Required documents (digital copies accepted):

  • National ID or valid passport
  • Proof of income (last 3 months' payslips, business records, or bank statement)
  • Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

Additional documents may be requested for larger loan amounts or specific loan types.

Why does the application go through WhatsApp?

We use WhatsApp as our primary communication channel for several reasons:

  • It's secure, end-to-end encrypted, and widely accessible
  • Allows our team to quickly verify your identity with a video/voice call if needed
  • Enables faster communication and real-time updates on your application
  • More reliable than email for document sharing in many regions
How do I repay my loan?

You can repay your loan through our Payment page powered by Paystack. We accept:

  • M-Pesa — via Paystack STK Push
  • Visa & Mastercard — credit and debit cards
  • Bank Transfer — via PESALINK or direct transfer

You will need your Loan ID to make a payment. Your Loan ID is provided when your loan is approved.

What happens if I miss a payment or pay late?

We understand that financial difficulties can arise. Here's what happens:

  • Day 1-3 Late: A reminder notification is sent. No penalty yet.
  • Week 1: A 5% late payment penalty is applied to the outstanding balance.
  • Week 2+: An additional 5% per week is charged until the overdue amount is settled.

Can I repay my loan early (prepayment)?

Yes — and we encourage it! MZAZI TECH ENTERPRISE does not charge any prepayment penalty. If you repay your loan early, you only pay interest for the period the loan was outstanding, saving you money. Early repayment also improves your credit score with us and increases your eligibility for larger loans in the future.

Can I get a loan top-up or extension?

Yes. If you have an active loan and have been making timely repayments, you may qualify for:

  • Loan Top-Up: Additional funds added to your existing loan account
  • Loan Extension: Additional time to repay (subject to approval and additional interest charges)

How do I access my loan dashboard?

Visit the Login page and enter your registered email and password. Your dashboard shows your active loans, repayment history, credit score, and transaction records. If you haven't set up an account yet, contact us via WhatsApp to get your credentials.

How do I download my loan statement?

You can download your loan statement directly from your Dashboard. Log in, navigate to your dashboard, and click the "Download Statement" button. The statement includes all transactions, disbursements, repayments, and outstanding balances in a text format. For a formal PDF statement (for visa applications, bank submissions, etc.), contact support.

Is my personal and financial data secure?

Absolutely. MZAZI TECH ENTERPRISE takes data security extremely seriously:

  • All data is encrypted with AES-256 encryption
  • HTTPS/SSL used for all data in transit
  • We never sell or share your personal data with third parties
  • Payment data is processed by Paystack (PCI DSS certified) — we never see your card details

How do I reset my account password?

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't receive it, check your spam folder or contact our support team via WhatsApp for immediate assistance.

What currencies does MZAZI TECH ENTERPRISE support?

We currently support two currencies:

  • KES (Kenyan Shilling): For loans to Kenyan residents — disbursed via M-Pesa or Kenyan bank account
  • USD (US Dollar): For diaspora clients and international borrowers — disbursed via international bank transfer or mobile money

Can students apply for a loan?

Students can apply for education loans with a guarantor. The guarantor must be employed or have a verifiable income source and must co-sign the loan agreement. The loan can be used for school fees, university tuition, professional courses, and related educational expenses. Contact us via WhatsApp to discuss your specific situation.

How do I know my payment has been received?

After making a payment via Paystack, you will receive:

  • An M-Pesa confirmation SMS (if you paid via M-Pesa)
  • A Paystack transaction email receipt
  • A confirmation notification on our platform
  • An updated balance on your dashboard

If you don't receive confirmation within 30 minutes, contact us with your transaction reference via WhatsApp.
